The mission of S.A.S. Services Group Inc. is to deploy a diverse and dedicated workforce in providing industry leading service levels in a safe and secure airport environment.  We aim to bring value to each operation while also elevating the customer experience.  Every successful flight begins on the ground and this is where we make you feel at home.

 

Our Team

 

At S.A.S Services Group Inc., we know that our strongest asset is our employee group. By maintaining an exciting, close-knit work environment, we encourage employee loyalty so that we may provide our clients with consistently excellent service. Our team represents the diversity of the airlines we serve and the airports we work in, and we strongly believe that this is vital to the success of our company.

 

We currently maintain a staff of over 1,200 well-qualified and highly motivated employees who are eager to advance in their career path. We offer education assistance, training, mentoring, and internal opportunities for advancement.

 

Once hired, every team member must complete a comprehensive training curriculum. All of our employees complete S.A.S. Safety First!, a training program unique to our company. It includes modules in Customer Service, Airport Security, Safety, Dangerous Goods Awareness and Disability Sensitivity Training in accordance with the American Disabilities Act.

Every employee is provided with a new uniform according to customer branding guidelines and coached on the expected grooming and appearance standards. They are required to complete recurrent training courses, undergo random drug testing, and attend regular company meetings over the course of their careers.

 

We understand that the operational needs of our airline partners are consistently evolving which is why we train our customer service agents for multiple roles within the airport. They can be cross-utilized to perform a variety of services, allowing us to best serve our airlines’ dynamic needs.
